I particularly appreciate the ease and accessibility for changing out the water filter. You can do it standing up. No more getting on your knees and having to practically stand on your head to do your regular maintenance.

Easy to install (even by myself). Have not noticed any cold spots when heating up leftovers. Only used it a week so I hope it lasts.
