Good and not so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave was easy to install using the directions and templates provided. It is not the most intuitive that I’ve used. One must constantly refer back to the manual for menu items to select different modes of operation. The settings can sometimes be confusing in that regard. Like the LED lights. They are a bright white and provide good illumination inside the microwave and over the stove. The fan provides decent filtering for a recirculating installation. It was priced a bit higher than other similar products so I suggest you comparison shop.

Our last Frigidaire lasted over 20 years!

Great microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased when our other one went out. I love how quiet it is, the 10 sec and 30 sec buttons and beverage button. Evenly cooks. Only thing I would like to change is how bright the clock numbers are.

Door fogs up between the glass front and back

It is normal for condensation to form on the inside of the microwave, especially when you are cooking food with a high water content. This includes condensation that forms between the glass panes. The condensation will dissipate in time. If moisture is noticed between the glass of the door, allow the microwave door to remain open for approximately fifteen minutes to accelerate the dissipation of the moisture.
