Works great so far, but…

Works great. However, installation was a problem. The attachment point on the top is a poor design. The floating nut is not secured properly. As a result, when installing the bolt, the nut dislodged, and fell into the housing, and was not accessible without removing the outer casing. I had to return the unit and get a replacement unit. I suggest that you redesign the attachment point and make it foolproof like some of your competitors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does what a microwave should

It heats up my food and the vent fan is quieter than the last one. Waiting to see if it lasts 27 years like my last Frigidaire.

Attractive looking

Would not recommend this particular microwave. Difficult to install. Had to build out wall to accommodate the smaller dimensions. No installation problems with our last microwave. If I had known would not have purchased the unit. Only 2 speed fan - not as powerful as it should be for over the range steam removal when cooking. Touch screen seems flimsy. Curious as to how long this microwave will last compared to our last one that lasted close to 12 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave is powerful and heats up food quickly. Love the melt/soften function. The timer works while reheating food, no need to do one or the other. Finally, I like the volume of the chimes.
