Love call block feature. Handset says power outage sometimes; no outage

If you receive that error code, please confirm the base unit’s AC adaptor is connected to the unit and the power outlet correctly. Also, this can happen if the handset has lost communication with the base unit. Ensure that the handset is moved closer to the base unit and try again. Furthermore, we advise unplugging the base unit’s AC adaptor to reset the unit, then reconnecting the adaptor and trying again. If the same error code still appears, the handset’s registration may have been canceled and you need to re-register the handset with MENU #130. Hope this helps!

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The phones work well. Easy to read and program. Great sound. Particularly like that it announces callers, so you don’t have to run to the phone to see if you need to answer. Also, call block is something I wouldn't have asked for, but am glad it's included.
