Game Changer for Busy Family With Young Kids

This vacuum / mop has checked off one of our biggest household tasks as working parents with 2 young kids and a dog who sheds a lot. It literally vacuums and mops as we sleep. I wake up to clean floors instead of thinking “Ugg I should vacuum today/this weekend…”
Plus, it means less screen time for my kids because now I’m not vacuuming and mopping for 2 hours while plopping them in front of the TV to keep them off the floors. When it runs during the day to clean the bedrooms, I can do fun things with the kids while it vacuums around us. Which is awesome!
The app is great and I’ve been able to set up schedules, block areas it’s likely to get trapped, and specify whether I want a room just vacuumed or vacuumed and mopped. My one wish list item for the app would be that it would vacuum all the rooms before mopping. I don’t love the wet mop pad going across carpets but it lifts and I haven’t noticed wet carpets, so not a huge deal.
Emptying the dust bin is so satisfying in the morning. It’s not totally perfect as the mop doesn’t provide a good floor scrub, so I imagine every once in a great while I’ll want to give the floor a good scrub the old fashioned way. But I run the vacuum and mop every other day, which definitely helps keep our floors so much cleaner. The vacuum does a surprisingly great job for such a small machine. And a big bonus is that our house is tidier because the kids have bought into cleaning up at night for the “robot.”
I’ve had it for a few weeks so I can’t speak to its long term performance, but I got the extended warranty and am hoping it’s part of our household cleaning routine for a long time to come. The only drawback is that my family is getting tired of hearing how much I love it :) Would HIGHLY recommend!

Comparing with a model from 3 years ago, this one is quieter and better at pickup. I'm quite happy with it.
One thing to consider is they don't last forever. You'll need replacement parts and, eventually, a replacement vacuum. I still get a TON of value from these robots in the 3-year product lifetime.

This vacuum is a significant upgrade from my previous robot vacuum (Neato). No longer does my vacuum get itself stuck on chairs or get lost. It doesn't crash it's way along furniture and doors. I was skeptical about the mopping function but it does a surprisingly good job for my needs. The app is user friendly. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
