Bad Circuit Boards

The microwave is under 2 years old now needs its second circuit board. We decided not to get fixed this time. The money we would spend is more than a new one with warranty. I love Samung products but I can't recommend their microwaves.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, bad circuit boards
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good value for the money

I have only had this product since Dec 7th 2013 but after I installed it, everything works good. I have not used everything on this unit yet but I will. What I have used so far has been great. The 4 speed fan is not loud, the unit looks good and runs great. Good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great microwave

When my old microwave finally died, I purchased this Samsung and I could not be happier ! It is very easy to use, can hold large containers and fits nicely over my range. I did a lot of research before buying this unit. The decision was based on the features of this unit and the great reputation that Samsung has for quality. I have a Samsung LED TV and I am very pleased with it as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had the microwave for a little over four years, and the touch pad unit needs to be replaced for the second time. It's a shame, because I really like everything else about the unit, and the other three Samsung kitchen appliances have been flawless. Like another reviewer said, it isn't worth it to pay for another one(the first was replaced under warranty). I'll be looking for a different brand.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
