Very easy to install using provided directions. The quality is great and the app is easy to use. I would definitely recommend this charger to all my electric car owners.

It charges really fast and also offers adjustable charging speeds and allows to customize the charging rate to meet needs. And the Wi-Fi connectivity feature enables to monitor and control the charger remotely through my smartphone app which is very helpful and useful, and adds convenience by letting you schedule the charging sessions, track charging progress, and even receive notifications when charging is complete and this is my favorite part about the charger. Moreover, the charger is compatible with most electric vehicles on the market, making it suitable for a wide range of users. Furthermore, the charger is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, providing flexibility in installation options, and the charger can be either hardwired into the electrical system or connected using a NEW 14-50 plug. Truly love this amazing charger, time saver and energy efficient, super impressed!

I recently bought an electric car and I love it but I’m constantly freaking out about charging it. This product is great as I can charge my car from home removing any anxiety and leaving my relaxed and happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ChargePoint Home Flex Level 2 WiFi NEMA 14-50 Plug Electric Vehicle EV Charger is such a gamechanger in the realm of electric vehicles! As the owner of a Lexus NX, I have tried various home charging devices, and have had some qualms with each. The ChargePoint Home Flex was amazingly easy for my husband to install in our garage, using the provided templates. Tools required are included in the box, making is simplistic in that regard. This charger is super fancy, as it features a modern interface, nicely coated wires and charging point. The hose is over 20- geet, enabling us to charge our vehicle in our driveway or garage. The ChargePoint app is so intuitive, as it enables you to set charges at particular cost-effective times and lengths. Being that I never let my vehicle go below 20%, it only takes about 3.5 hours to go from 20% to 85% (my desired target). This app helps with cost, schedules and keeps a record of charges. Such an all-around high-tech and dependable product for your EV!

Charging Station that Has it All!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a plugin hybrid for a number of years my wife wanted an EV. I needed to get a charging station so I got one of these. I'm a general contractor that has wired a few homes form the ground up so the install wasn't an issue for me. The station has a long cord so you can charge in the garage or outside. The app works flawlessly so setting times etc. is really a breeze. It takes about 4hrs to fully charge our car. I'm glad I went with this unit since it's done everything that I wanted it to do and more. I made the right choice.

Great charging option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needing a charging option at home, I selected this brand based on seeing them as charging options when out at shopping areas.
Install is pretty straightforward but hire an electrician if you are unsure. Luckily, my charge spot was right near my panel.
Love that you can program when to charge your car from the app to charge during off peak. Working great so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A must if you own an EV. If you don't or haven't done electrical work for a living, call a professional. If you do not already have the proper 240 hookup in your place of installation, I would still recommend getting one of the 240 outlet versions over the hardwired version. This will future-proof your location to some degree, add value to your house or if you move, you can easily take the charger with you. If you are already having an electrician do work for you, why not just get an outlet installed. This thing charges very quickly and the app is nice to use. You may have to move your router to get it in optimal range but this was no big deal for me as mine is a desk top router. Overall I can see this as a worthwhile investment and recommend it to anyone who intends to own an EV long term. Charging off of a 120v outlet is okay in a pinch but if you have the ability to upgrade to stage 2, do it.

Buy, program, save on "Peak" hour charges!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the charger installed by our electrician, who immediately said he's very familiar with the brand, and 8/10 installs he does is actually with this product! It made me feel very comfortable as a cheap charger can lead to house fires!
Not only does the charger charge my Tesla much quicker than my pervious station, but I love the app! There is no bugs that I have yet to encounter, which usually drive me crazy! I get home, plug my car in and know the app will take care of the rest. My utility company has started billing more expensive on "Peak Hours", and my Chargepoint app lets me set what time I want my Tesla to start and stop charging, so I am not billed more. Before I programed it to a specific time every night, I had it hooked up to my Alexa, which was very nice as well.

The cord and plug are made of a very hardy feeling material, which is a huge plus for me since I have the tendancy to drop things. I have yet to drop the charger head, but know it will come soon. I'm not too worried however, as it definitely feels strudy enough to not crack.
One thing I am hoping will eventually be adapted is a type of auto return system, similar to some extension cords that are in a round case that you pull and it releases slack, and when you pull fast it auto returns. This would be helpful so the cable isnt just wrapped around the wall charger. Maybe one day in the future!
