We first experienced T&N while on vacation. We had gotten the best night of sleep waking up pain free for the first time in a long time (my husband has had numerous back surgeries). We elected for the firmest mattress but are realizing it’s a bit too firm. We are both side sleepers. The description states “for back sleepers” but I went by the firmness rating instead. The mattress is a high quality mattress that was comfortable from the first night. I love that I can’t feel my husband tossing and turning, and he can’t feel when I get out of bed.

I chose the mattress based on the description of "bounce-back support". It really lives up to that claim: while it feels a little too soft on first contact, once one settles in, the structure does what it needs to do - give good support.
I also appreciated the reliable customer service notifications that I received. The delivery was spot on time; the packaging is excellent and makes unwrapping very easy.

We acquired our first T&N mattress way back in 2014 or so (when there was only one choice of mattress) and loved it. Still have it and love it, but recently changed the guest bedroom to a King size bed, so we thought we'd order ourselves a new one and put the old one on the guest bed. Of course we went back to T&N! Well, the new one is a bit softer than the old one (even after all these years). Not uncomfortable, but it's not like the original. I prefer the firmness of the original.

I upgraded from a queen T&N original mattress to the King size. I get the same great sleep I've come to expect from a T&N mattress. It is firm yet comfortable and the best thing of all, you partner getting in and out of bed doesn't wake you.
