I didn't expect my mattress to arrive in a box - a foam mattress. I thought I was ordering a regular mattress, so imagine my surprise when the delivery people came carrying a box. Any how, I am reserving my opinion about said mattress as my back is a little tender when I get up in the morning. Hopefully, this has nothing to do with the mattress and will clear up in a few days.

Really like these mattresses. Had a king size in one bedroom for about 3 yrs and decided to get another queen for another bedroom. Comfortable for my back and also side sleeper

This is actually my second tuft and needle mattress - I bought one several years ago when I still lived at home with my parents, and when I moved across the country I didn't have any way to transport it, but I loved it so much that I didn't bother trying a new mattress, I just bought another T&N. Still so comfortable and worth every penny.

It's nice, but nothing spectacular. A decent mattress, but I think next time I'd try something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Cent! Thank you for your candor, we're sorry to hear the mattress isn't providing the quality sleep we strive to offer. Since we make our mattresses with freshly poured foam, it can take a couple of weeks for the mattress to acclimate to its new home, and you to it. If it feels too firm, adding a topper can be an easy and effective solution to help you sleep your best. Of course, we don't want you to feel stuck with something you don't love, so feel free to reach out to 877-842-2586 or support@tuftandneedle.com if you haven't already, and the team can guide you from there! Thanks again for sharing your experience, let us know if we can assist moving forward!
