The quality of the mattress is outstanding. It has the right amount of firmness and softness for me. The whole process from ordering to delivery was amazing. We replaced all three of our mattresses and each time we ordered the mattresses came within 5 days from our order.

I'm waiting to see if my back will adjust to this mattress before requesting a return, but so far it's not working for me. I'm quite sad about it.

Excellent and efficient buying experience, prompt delivery, easy setup, and very comfortable and supportive mattress.
My only negative is I wish the mattress was a couple of inches thicker so our platform bed would be higher. Our previous Sterns and Foster was about four or five inches thicker. Still trying to figure out a solution before our 100 days are up. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
