The warranty and 100 night sleep definitely made the purchasing process quite smooth. Out of my final mattresses, T&N had the best branding in terms of packaging and product transparency. The production videos helped a great deal when learning about the mattress and manufacturing process. I love my mattress! It's super comfortable and I can barely tell I'm sharing the bed with someone else.
