I like to the bed very much and the easy way it was delivered. However, the bed is a bit firm for me.

Not firm enough, no edge support, for 2 people on a queen size mattress, I can feel the mattress sloping when my husband lies on bed ( he weighs 50 lbs more than me)

It would really depend on what kind of mattress someone is looking for. For me, personally, it is way to firm, it kills my back, but for someone that likes a firm mattress I would recommend it.
