Tuft and Needle has great customer service, willing to answer questions. We were concerned about the bed being comfortable for side sleepers. We have found the bed is great for side sleepers and we look forward to crawling into bed every night. So thankful we ordered our Tuft and Needle, we will definitely recommend our mattress!

I've only been sleeping on the bed a month and a half, even though I bought it at the end of May, so I can't say with 100% certainty that it's perfect!

The best part about the mattress is not being able to feel anyone move. We sleep with a 90lb Great Dane/lab mix who likes to get up in the middle of the night and throw herself onto the bed. Since sleeping on the tuft and needle mattress I have not woken up once to her moving.
