Ease of purchasing and set up.
Love pliable yet firm feel of mattress: it's what we were looking for.
Our only remaining adjustment is to the edges of the bed as you sit on the mattress; there's more 'give' and we are getting used to it, but feel it's just a matter of time.

It's only been about a week but ever since we got this new Tuft and needle mattress my wife has been complaining of lower back pain and I've been waking up with very sore shoulders.

The mattress seems to work really well. Ask me again in 6 months, perhaps then we'll be able to give it a 10. Thanks for a great product!
