Mattress is most comfortable one have had in past 40 yrs. It was easy to order and arrived quickly. Ease of set up. Now would like good bed frame. Hope you begin to recomm best product for your mattress.

This mattress is not for me. My hands and arms fall asleep nightly. I really wanted to love this mattress, I did my research and it gets great reviews. Just didn't work out for me.

Customer service was good so far but we don't love the bed. Not sure if not firm enough or what. It is sort of "flat"
Deciding if keeping or not. Sorry!
