Little too firm for our taste, may end up returning.

We have tried other boxed mattresses and have had to send them back. The Tuft & Needle mattress is very different from the others! We could tell during unboxing that this one was probably a winner. While the other mattresses provided support with a firmness (too hard for my back), this mattress is soft, yet very supportive. I thought we were going to have to spend thousands of dollars to find a mattress that we liked, but I was wrong!
