I like the mattress but revived nothing in shipment regarding care of product or any warranty information. Had i revived I would feel more comfortable about the company and certainly would have rated Tuft & Needle a 10....

We love our new mattress. We have already recommended it to a friend. They came over to try out our new Tuft and Needle..then ordered theirs.

bought for guest room. Slept on it to check it out. Much better than what I would have gotten with a conventional mattress at the same price point. Very happy with the purchase.

It was s purchase for my son, ordering was easy, and delivery timely, but I haven't actually felt the mattress and he hasn't had it long enough to give a good evaluation.

I've only slept on it for 3 nights, but man does it feel amazing! (compared to a regular coil spring mattress)

The bed that I got from Tuft and Needle is so comfortable! Just trying out the bed in the store my back instantly felt better but now I know for sure because I've been sleeping on this wonderful bed. When I get home from work and my back hurts I can just lay on the bed and feel instantly better. I think the biggest struggle now is not wanting to get out of this bed. I love it. Best decision we have made for sure!
