As a huge fan of Sonic, I had to build this set and I was not disappointed. So many details to the of the different POI's and characters. Oh and yes, it actually works. This sits atop my hedgehog's home and its the best addition to my room and Lego collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this set for my Sonic-loving nephew (10 year old), and he had a blast putting it together! Straight out of the box, there are numbered bags matching different sections of the instructions, so that made things a little simpler than it would have been if all pieces were mixed together. The instructions were easy to follow, but there are a lot of pieces and a lot of details, so it kept him busy for quite some time. He also enjoyed playing with it once it was put together – Sonic really goes around the loop! Such a fun Lego set!

I love these Sonic sets and I’m really looking forward to more in the future. And hopefully LEGO will continue with more video game themes in the future as well, I’d very much love to get LEGO Kingdom Hearts sets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so fun being able to play with my little one and see his joy as we put his toy together. I love how there were so many parts to it which allowed us to easily get an hour and a half of play time and memories. Definitely a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sonic green hill zone Lego set was so much fun to build and play with! Once completed the set is an obstacle course for Sonic and Amy to race through and catch evil Dr.Eggman. I would definitely recommend this awesome Sonic Lego set because it was fun and took time to complete so I stayed busy and had a blast doing it!

cute setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a cute setup and someone who loves legos would enjoy it as a display. But as intended it missed the mark a bit. It took forever to put together so the fact that you can play with it and launch sonic through the level is bad. Once you do this things get broken and knocked around so in a sense you will rebuild something atleast partially everytime and that is a pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
