Excellent set just one issue.

I love this set it was a fun build and I especially loved how the buildings where separate and could be ordered in anyway. My only issue is I do wish the inside was a little wider, it's very narrow and makes them feel more like facades than buildings. But even so the interior is still nice for the space it's in.

Perfect 2023 Set

I bought this for my son and he loved it! We both admire the details and designs of each building in the set, especially the hotel. He connected this set with one of his other modular sets he has! It's a great set for a great reasonable price. However, unlike the other modular sets, there is not much room inside each building leaving little room for the mini figures. It would make the Lego set better if there was more room for more imagination and play. Overall, this is a really good set and I highly recommend it, especially for Christmas!

Modular, urban, hip, 3-in-1 kit

The kit itself is very cool. Urban (perhaps a cheaper alternative to City models?), hip and modular, plus you get two additional builds, instructions included.
Highly recommended.

You get more value with these 3-1 sets. You build a set. wait a week, build another set, repeat. I have started to look at other 3-1 buildings. I love lego.
