Is that the Cyclops?

Just finished my second playthrough of Subnautica, so when I saw this set on sale- I had to grab it! Overall, it's a great set with a sleek Sub build and nicely detailed shipwreck. My only dislikes are that the mini mech leaves a bit to be desired, and there are no glowing elements in the jellyfish. When I saw that the fish glow, I hoped that the tendrils of the jellies might do the same. Maybe the glow material doesn't lend itself to these tendril pieces structurally, but a simple glowing stud under the top dish in each jelly would make a huge difference. I added several glow studs I had as extras to the jellies, and I think they add a lot! The jellyfish builds are great, but missing that glow aspect to be perfect. I hope to see these jellyfish again in future sets with this change. Again, I love this set, and definitely recommend picking one up!

Oceanography and Legos! Yes please.

This set brings back so many memories from the old days of aquazone. Any underwater themed sets are always big for me and this one is just amazing. The details in the research submarine are awesome and the minifigs in the set are really cool and unique. The underwater mec is also really cool and easy to replicate so im looking forward to making a few more to add to the set. The claws on the front are really well designed and are way more functional then I expected. All in all I'm super happy with this set and really excited for this new line of lego city.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is 842 piece, but it was fairly easy build. Comes with two books to help with the build.comes with a submarine book. And a shark cove .bags of Legos are numbered. So it helps to know which Lego go where. It has be a big hit here, kids love it. There are men sub . And shark cove. Which the sharks on top spin around . Lot of exploring.

That said, I appreciate the resealable box and the folder that holds the instructions. Definitely made it easy to put away and pull back out. He had so much fun with this one. Definitely recommend!

Like usual this lego set included step by step instructions that were easy to follow! After building this set my son enjoyed playing with it and displaying it!

LEGO for the Win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LEGO submarine set is incredible! I recently got it for my son who seems to absolutely love Legos as he gets older. The age range for this set seems spot on as it presented a challenge for him to assemble, but was something that he could complete with little guidance from me. The finished product is awesome and he couldn't be more proud. This is one of the coolest LEGO sets that he's put together so far.

My 4 year of does 7 year old Lego kits already but there are so many pieces in this one I will wait another year or two before giving it to her. Looks really cool though. Almost want to make it for myself and then take it apart to put back in box for next year haha
