Not worth the money

This year’s Harry Potter Advent Calendar was really disappointing. I have gotten the Harry Potter calendar Lego put out for three years now, and so far this one is pretty disappointing. The builds are extremely basic and some could be in any set. A table and chair with mistletoe? A bench? Very disappointing. It seems like this is Hogsmeade themed. It’s alright since I have the village. Another thing- it’s tiring getting Harry, Ron, and Hermione every year. It would be better to have some variety, although I do appreciate their winter clothes in this set.

Missing pieces

We’ve purchased the Harry Potter Advent calendars in 2021 and 2022 and they were fun and detailed. The 2023 calendar builds do not seems as challenging as previous years and are pretty basic. We also opened day 5 today and it has a missing figure. We attempted to order the missing pieces but they were out of stock. Underwhelmed this year.

Worst calendar yet

This lego set did not live up to my expectations. The builds were overly simplistic, when compared to the star wars calendar, and extremely brick light. In comparison to older HP calendars, this is the worst one; just look at the Christmas trees each year and the lack of any microscale builds this year.
The minifigures are nice, but I would not by this set for any other reason

Big disappointment

I always look forward to the advent calendar. This was so disappointing. Enough mini-figs but mainly just simple table-like builds - nothing to really even say that this is Harry Potter or what it was about. Very poor value for cost. Not sure about buying again next year.

I got this advent calendar on sale since I love harry potter and lego... Unfortunately this might be the worst Lego product I've ever bought. Most of the builds don't even have anything to do with harry potter (2 trees, a random candy shop counter, and a streelamp?? Why Lego?). The mini figs are cute but that's about it, doesn't really feel harry potter themed to me though. Each day is like opening a new disappointment... Do not recommend lol

Massive Disappointment!!!

My twelve year old could have done a significantly better job designing this advent than the people at LEGO. The lack of inventiveness and paltry number of minifigures in this set is appalling! Everyone who purchased this set should get a store credit for the epic service failure that is this year's advent calendar. Ditto for the Marvel and Star Wars sets. LEGO should seriously be ashamed!

Not very Harry Potter related

I liked the past 2 years of this Calender so we bought this one. I was sorely disappointed in the fact that almost none of the days are Harry Potter related items except for the Minifigs! The other calenders included a game of some sort but this year it's only purpose is decoration I suppose. Thought there'd be more Harry Potter items in a Harry Potter Lego advent calender
