Amazing set!

One of my favorite recent sets. This is a great build and a very aesthetically pleasing set. I love the scene and all of the details throughout. Moreover, I am very happy to see no stickers in a set like this. Great IDEAS submission and fantastic final set!

Great Set and Build, Terrible Quality Control

First, I'll review the set itself - The set itself is a great set, and a fairly easy build. I love the details that went into this, and I love how the roof detaches without having to unclick a brick, rather just unhook it to look inside and re-hook it on when you're done. The trees are great with all the details, and the whole thing is just an amazing idea all around.
The not so good part – LEGO’s quality control has been absolutely terrible as of late. Whoever is in charge of the department needs to get it together. I have never seen such bad quality control from a company I loved so much as a child. I collected LEGO from 2005 to 2010 as a kid, and not once did I ever receive a set with a missing piece, bad instruction, or misprint. This set had a missing piece – Although not a critical piece, still an annoyance. I had over 100 useless spare parts from the set, but not the one I needed for the log shack… LEGO is charging more and more for each set, and frankly it’s ridiculous they can’t at least make sure all the pieces are included. This isn’t the first set I’ve bought this year that had something wrong with it either.
Don’t let this factory error keep you from buying the set, it’s a great set. LEGO’s quality control just needs to be much better than it is now.

One of my favorite builds yet. The attention to detail and cool features made this so fun to build. The design is beautiful and amazing. If you are a nature person, this set is for you.

This is a fabulous build, wanted it when I first saw it! I love A frames, and this is a great one. The details are great, down to the tiniest objects. Beautiful trees, and outside details. Like how the roof just lifts off, so much nicer! Looking forward to adding to the creek, need to put canoe in it. Overall one of my favorite builds!

After completing the succulent and birds of paradise builds I saw this one online and knew I had to have it.
Building it was a lot of fun, the instructions are easy to understand, and I love displaying it. Already looking for my next big set to build!

I really enjoyed building this set. It has a lot of fun details that require your attention, and look stunning when complete. I like that I can open up the house to view inside and again enjoy all the details. It is a conversation piece when guests come over and they appreciate the beauty of it. Buy with confidence.

Buy this now. I’ve built hundreds of sets, but it is the rare set where, as I build it and then enjoy it on display, that I find myself “living” in the set, imagining adventures and…well….feeling like a child again. That’s what LEGO is all about and this set is a perfect example of LEGO at its best.
