I got this scooter for a Christmas present for my daughter. She got one full charge out of it and now it won't charge anymore and it hasn't been ridden since Christmas. Apparently this has been an issue, but they continue to sell faulty products. I'm going to order a battery and hopefully that will fix the issue but, if it doesn't, I will never buy this product ever again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear the battery is no longer holding a charge. As mentioned in the manual the battery does need periodic charging if stored for a long period of time. Please reach out to our Support team M-F 8 am to 5 pm pst at 866-467-2967 for assistance in getting back on the move.

I am a sophomore in college. I bought this used with no idea about its age or condition. I was not expecting too much out of it, really only bought it as I thought it would be funny. Stuck a pair of new batteries in it and tried to ride it on my way to class form the dorms. I was absolutely blown away by its performance. I am 6'0 and about 180lbs not including backpack and I still fit comfortably. It still moves fast and with a little assistance of the feet, can still climb hills with ease. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants one. Fantastic product.

My gramma bought this for me and my 2 cousins. We love it so much we are going to buy 2 more, so we can all ride together. I went into town yesterday with my cousins. It was bumpy but it did not lose speed or die.
Pros: Durable, FAST, Long battery life, Reliable, Safe
Cons: Doesn't handle bumps well, Not much storage, Scratches easily, Takes some time to get used to, Throttle is on and off, there is no middle

I bought The Pocket Mod For my 8 year old Neice. She loved it!!! I loved it!! Its such a cute girly motorcycle. It goes at a good speed for her , i even wanted one for myself to cruise around . The battery life last for couple of days which is awesome , dont have to worry about recharging so often. I recommend to buy this product, great product!!!

My younger cousin is 13 years old and loves her Pocket Mod. Her older brother was given a MX350 when hes was old enough to ride one, and ever since then she wanted something she could ride as well. When she got hers a few days ago she was super happy! This product is super fun, and looks amazing. I recommend it for any young girl!

How to adjust front fender rubbing tire

Our scooter's front tire rubbed the front tire, new from the box. Apparently the front moulded plastic warped as it hardened from manufacturing mould. Answer turned out to be simple. First, wedge a screwdriver handle or butcher knife handle or other object of similar thickness between the underneath of the front fender and the tire where it rubs. Then use a hairdryer to heat the underside of the front fender until outside top of fender is very warm. Then just wait. As the plastic cools it will retain its new shape, and you can remove the screwdriver prop and fender stays separated from the tire.
