I love the size of the screen and it does everything I needed a laptop to do for work. It's lightweight and a nice design.
There were a few features I had higher hopes for that just didn't pan out.
-10-key pad. I do accounting and needed a laptop with a 10 key built in. However, the keyboard is scrunched and makes the use of the 10-key un-natural.
-the battery life was advertised as 15 hours for web surfing and 10 hours for streaming. I don't even get 10 hours when just using the web. I had hoped it would allow me to be mobile and not rely on a power source during the day, but I'm still needing to plan logistically so that I am near a power source at some point during the day to get a power boost.
-I also take some zoom meetings and I was not impressed with the speakers. I have to keep the volume low otherwise I get crackling sounds.
-Because of the 10-key the standard keys are offset, which is fine. The issue is that the trackpad is large and not offset, so when I'm typing, my hand/wrist touch the trackpad and causes me to click out of where I'm typing or highlight unintentionally. I even changed the trackpad sensitivity hoping that would help solve the issue.

Overall, I was disappointed because the features that made me select this specific laptop were not fully functional. But I'm sure it's a good laptop for someone who wasn't set on those specific features. In hindsight, I would not choose this laptop at this price again.

Smooth, Fast, and Reliable – Perfect Laptop Experi

Fantastic laptop

I have just got the LG Gram 16inch laptop setting done. The main reason for getting Gram is, obviously, its weight. It feels solid even though it is so light. The display is fantastic. I bought LG Gram almost 10 years ago. For the previous Gram, my main complain is the touchpad, very hard to use. For this new one, the touchpad is much improved. Overall, it is a great machine. The keyboard, touchpad, and battery time are still not as good as Mac.

very good screen, the OLED really speaks differently. I was switching from my non-OLED version of lg gram 2023 to OLED version and the display is gorgeous.

Feather light laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daughter heading off to college and she wanted a lightweight laptop to lug around campus and classes. This laptop did not disappoint. It was feather light and the features were very nice. The disappearing touchpad was a nice feature and was actually a conversation piece amongst her new college mates.

GLAD I took a chance despite some bad reviews.

I've had this for 2 days, and I'm glad I gave it a try. The adjustments to the number pad are real, and that does seem to be a silly LG design choice. That said, this thing SINGS. I just replaced my desktop PC with this by adding a USB C to everything dongle. Now I can grab it to go and come back by unplugging / plugging 1 cable. It runs its monitor plus a 4K and a 3K monitor with ease. Switching programs & making menu choices is snappy. Screen is stunning. I had no issues with fan speed, updating Windows or anything else others mentioned while using it 20 hours over the past 2 days.

Beautiful laptop and beautiful display!

I have a Gram 15.6" which I love and has served me well. Got this one and it is just beautiful! The display is great for editing photos and the pics are now so vivid. And - the sound! The sound is way better than my old Gram....really, really good! The 'pads if you will where the TouchPad is, really feels nice...not sure how to describe it. If you're thinking about this like I was...just try it and see for yourself.
