[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new laptop. It came with PCmover which was a great surprise. It transferred everything from my old laptop with no issues. There was very little bloatware. The only issue I'm having is getting the brightness set to where I want it. I need to find the right balance between the blue light filter and the brightness level. I love the numeric keypad on the right side of the keyboard. It is very light weight which is a huge plus for me because I take it back and forth to the library.

I had a previous laptop with a 15’6 screen and for some reason it is bigger than the new LG Gram I received.
Con:
The screen is so small that it was a challenge using it. I was unable to really enjoy all the features that were included in this laptop. So while features were high, the screen size was a zero for me
Pro:
Lightweight, touchscreen, that includes a keyboard that appears on the screen for numbers.
I ended up returning it because the features couldn’t outweigh the screen size for me. It may not affect others but it affected me.
Con:
