After researching for weeks we decided on (what we though was most reliable company) Fridgidair. We were beyond wrong. After 3 months of owning the fridge it is falling apart. Compressor is broken, water line leaking, air chamber completly frozen over. Ice box needs to be replaced. After 3 months?!. This is unacceptable. We are being told to wait over 6 months for parts to do a highly invasive repairs with no guarantee of no further damage. Who will pay for the damaged floors, spoiled food not to mention what are we to store food in till then?. We are so disappointed in Fridgidair a brand we grew up thinking was highly-rated and reliable. Do not recommend.

Love the water and ice maker

We’ve had the frig for a month and love all the features makes lots of ice and love the water dispenser on the inside of the door, makes the outside look very clean.

Stay tuned on warranty work

Purchase late December when our unit failed. Since delivery refrigerator compartment has run constantly at -2 to -4C ie below freezing. Waiting on warranty replacement part to fix. Thankfully it is winter and can store some items in garage to prevent freezing. Otherwise unit looks nice and fairly quiet. One small flaw on door stainless, looks like machine suction pickup of part on production line. Was not visible until removal of protective plastic coating. Will not recommend pending warranty repair.

Want to like it but horrible quality!

First two fridges delivered had a dent on the front door (seemed like a manufacturing issue since it looked like a suction cup at the same spot on both fridges). The third fridge was ok, but after six months the water dispenser started leaking and the ice machine stopped working. It took 2 months to finally get the parts but during that time the leaky water dispenser got so bad that water was coming out of the top of the fridge door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing amount of storage space

This was a warranty replacement for my previous Frigidaire. I am amazed at the amount of storage in this refrigerator. Due to the problem with my previous refrigerator I have faithfully monitored the inside temperature with two different thermometers since the installation date and have been very satisfied with how it holds the temperature. I am definitely happy with this unit.

Issues after issues...

Bought this model in March 2023 and it started leaking within 3 weeks. Got the replacement in May and in July the ice maker stopped working. Had the ice maker replaced by repairmen but still no ice and now it started leaking AGAIN. It caused some damage to our brand-new kitchen cabinets. Really disappointed especially with the Professional Frigidaire line - we thought we were paying for quality...

Dented Doors Again

We are on our second Left door... both are horribly dented with circular indentations. We're assuming this is from some sort of suction from the manufacturers. Our retailer seems super annoyed. There is also a random compressor sound that happen randomly. For the price, this "professional" fridge is not worth it.

Poor quality control at the factory!

The fridge is sitting on a perfectly level concrete floor yet I had issues setting the level. I found the cabinet was not former square at the factory and this required me to shim the right rear fixed castor to help level and also prevent the rocking unstable condition. The deformed cabinet also forced me to jack up the left side door to match the right side. There is now a visible difference between the doors when comparing the gap left to right along the freezer door yet the top of fridge doors are perfectly aligned. We have also noticed the left fridge door surface is deformed with bumps and divots but the right door is good. The fridge functions well so far.
