Perfect Accessory for my Laptop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hub is a lifesaver for me. It has every port I need to either work from home or on the go. My laptop lacks the older USB ports and this hub provides them for me. I am able to use my older accessories again. The ethernet port is also a huge bonus, as I can connect my laptop to a hardwired internet connection versus having to take my chances with a spotty wifi connection. The SD card ports that are on the hub work perfectly for my design and photography projects, and allow me to transfer files on the fly. Installation was super easy and straightforward. I just plugged it in and it worked straight away. I use this hub every day. I highly recommend it.

Ideal for port relocation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, I have access to the ports I need on my iMac! Don’t get me wrong, I love my computer, but I am constantly having to turn it around to access add/remove flash drives, SD Cards, etc. With this Belkin Multiport, I am not only able to quickly and easily access everything from the side of my computer, but the data speeds are surprisingly fast through the connected USB-C cable!
Attaching the multiport was easy with just a simple command strip mounted to the back of the device. I just peeled the protective coating and pressed it onto the desired area, then plugged the USB-C connector into an available port. There was no software to install and there is no external power supply needed.
Currently, I have an SD Card, a microSD Card, two flash drives, an ethernet connection, and a USB-C charger plugged into the multiport all at the same time, with no issues. The only disappointment I have experienced is that my external USB-C monitor will not operate when connected to the USB-C port, even though the manufacturer says the device is compatible with video-enabled USB-C devices. When my monitor is plugged directly into the USB-C port on my iMac, it works great, but when I plug the Belkin Multiport inline, the monitor doesn’t work (even with all of the additional ports emptied).
In addition to its sleek design, I like that there are no lights on this device because sometimes guests sleep overnight in my office (guest room) and the lights would bother them. In the past, I have had to shut down my computer because of various peripherals with flashing lights.
Overall, I have been very pleased with the fact that I can access my flash drives and SD Cards on the side of my computer instead of the back, but I was really looking forward to being able to use my external monitor at the same time.

Multiport is game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Belkin USB-C 6-in-1 Multiport Hub with mount has been a game changer for my home office. The multiport hub includes: USB-C, 2x USB-A, SD, microSD, and Ethernet ports. I use a MacBook Air and this laptop lacks the USB-A port. I’ve been able to connect the hub to my MacBook Air to utilize the USB-A port to read my USB flash drive data sticks. The MacBook Air also lacks an integrated ethernet port. The Ethernet port that is included with this Belkin Multiport Hub is a bonus. I’ve connected my MacBook Air to a hardwired internet connection versus a Wi-Fi connection. I have experienced an increase in data transfer speed with this hardwired connection. This multiport hub is easy to use and takes up little room during transport.

Nice extra USB port extents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a new laptop that only has 1 USB port. It does also have an sd card reader and Ethernet cable but I didn’t really need those. I would think for the size of the device, it should of had more USB ports. That the one downside.

I can charge all my apple devices at once and super last so no more waiting and choosing which has to be charged first. This seems made with very high quality materials and approved for safety usage. I highly recommend.

Useful for my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed this USB-C® 6-in-1 Multiport Hub mainly to add a SD card reader and additional USB ports that my new laptop lacked. The sd card and USB transfer speeds are equal if not greater than the native ports. The charging passthrough is an additional benefit that works great without using another port. I am also excited about the HDMI to extend to multiple monitors. This USB-c hub exceeded my expectations and opened possibilities I didn't know were able with my laptop.

It makes it a lot easier to carry around as well. This multiport hub is a must have and it also comes with a mount. Very impressed by the quality!
