[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently got this USB-C to 2.5 Gb Ethernet Adapter and I must say it 2as very complicated and hard to use and understand. I will never buy anything like this ever again. No thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We hear you. The adapter (INC012btBK) is a plug and play device. You can connect the USB-C cable to your USB-C enabled devices (Laptops, Tablets, TVs, and Gaming systems).
Please try using the adapter with another compatible devices to isolate the setback that you're having. Also, you may need to contact our support hotline should this case requires advanced troubleshooting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the USB-C to 2.5 Gb Ethernet Adapter and honestly I'm still learning how to use it. Once i learn all about it and learn how to use it then it'll be a whole different situation. But so far I'd still recommend others to try it.

It gets the speed necessary to my smart tv so I can stream and game at great streaming quality. Very easy setup and instructions if needed. I haven’t had any lagging or issues with the adapters not working. It’s a great price point for an excellent product! 10 out of 10!

It fits snugly into my laptop and provides better signal transfer. It is made of quality material which is important for this Ethernet Adapter to last use after use. I would highly recommend!

It is incredibly easy to use, I simply plugged it in and it was ready to go. The speed was fast, with no noticeable interruptions. Plus it allows for charging on the go. Highly recommend.

I use it for my Ps5 and it is magical, Ive had no problems, I plugged it into my chromebook first to get the feel for it and make sure it didnt need an update or drive download, etc and then Ive used it ever since. Definitely recommend!

It stays connected and makes my speeds so much quicker than they had been. Really simple to install even with some drivers and updates, very basic knowledge needed.
