Absolutely Marvelous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say I’m absolutely blown away by the HP Color LaserJet Pro Printer would be a complete understatement. I’ve owned several printers throughout my life and this printer tops every other printer I’ve owned, by far. I absolutely love that it is a color laser printer, I print documents several times a day and the quality color that this printer produces is outstanding. The second picture I added to this post is a customized picture of the 3 kitties with the song lyrics of “Heartbroken” by Dipole, Jessie Murph & Polo G. Because of the intricacy of this picture with the lyrics, etc. I was blown away by how wonderful the quality ended up being after printing it. There is also another customized picture of Spongey that I printed with this printer and as you can see it turned out absolutely flawless. Lastly, this printer has blazing fast speeds when printing documents, pictures, etc. It prints within a matter of seconds! The setup was easy, the printer connected to my wifi right away and works better than words can express!

All the Features you want, the price you need!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the HP LaserJet Pro4201dw for a few weeks now and it has proven to be an excellent printer. We use it at our home business to print business documents from contracts to flyers and the kids get their color pictures too. I can tell you this printer is impressive. Print quality and speed is top notch. This printer prints like a professional printer yet is small enough to tuck away into the corner of my office! Durability and manufacturer detail is realized right out of the box, and this printer was built for the long run.
One of the features I love is the auto duplex printing option. Auto duplexing helps to save paper automatically by automatically printing on both sides. This is my first printer with auto duplexing, and it is a time and paper saver! Tax season is going to put this printer through its paces, and I know it's going to be an excellent saver all the way around!
One thing I struggled with was setup. I am usually not a rule follower and went out on my own as I had set up previous printers in the past. It took me longer than it should have, and I confused myself! Setup was easy if I followed the steps provided and didn’t go out of order. That’s the biggest advice I have for pain-free setup. Follow the directions and it’s a breeze!
Overall, this printer is a great color laser printer that has all the features you want in a professional printer, built to last and at a price to keep the budget in order!

Easy to connect to your wifi, All my family members are able to use thru the local network, my kids use for school homework, my husband take the advantage for his job, and I love print photos for my craft books.

Office is in love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this in this morning. I got to work hooked it up and printed all my invoices. They came out crisp. Out old printer was wrinkling our paper. Now we can read what's being printed. I can't wait to see how long the ink in this. We print about 2000 sheets in a week. I love that it's blue and has that color in out gray office
Update! Everyone loves this printer and how quick it prints out. I wish I would have gotten one that was wireless so the person next to me can use it also. It was super easy to hook up. Pretty much installed itself on my computer. Everything that is printed comes out crisp. It's so clear and my papers aren't wrinkled like the old printer. A lot more professional in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using an HP printer for over a decade. Previously, I had a black-and-white Wi-Fi printer, so I needed a color printer. The HP Color LaserJet has transformed my home office. Its vibrant color prints make my documents look highly professional. Although the setup was a bit challenging, I managed to install and set up everything. Once up and running, it's been smooth sailing. The first color page I printed was of a running horse, and I was impressed with the quality of the colors. It prints quickly, which is perfect for my DIY projects and my child's school work. I highly recommend this printer.

A powerhouse color laser printer at a great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My HP 4201-dn purchase was a huge upgrade to my productivity. I recently hooked this printer up and was super pleased at the ease of configuration. Everything connected automatically and windows found the printer easily. The control wheel made navigating the menus much easier than traditional button-based input. Anyone who has ever entered an IP address into a printer using up and down keys knows what I am talking about here!
I printed a full-page color photo to test things and it was out in an instant. The print quality was great despite my lower quality paper and the printer quietly went back to sleep (probably saving a ton of energy.
I have since printed multiple large documents and multiple copies of Powerpoint documents for meetings and the quality and speed of this printer continues to amaze me. It is also really quiet when printing, so if you have a quiet office or business and want something that won't disrupt conversations, this is a sure winner. Consumables are also much cheaper for this than ink-jet based printers so you not only print faster and quieter, but also save money when it comes time to purchase supplies.
I am a big fan overall and will recommend this printer to anyone looking for a small business or professional home printing solution.

Great product for a small office

While it may not be the fastest or boast a plethora of features, the output quality is outstanding. My least favorite aspect is the dial – it’s cumbersome to navigate and poorly designed overall. However, after the initial setup, I’ve barely needed to use it. The printer operates quietly and has an aesthetically pleasing appearance on a desk. Personally, I would prefer it in either all white or all black, but that’s more a matter of personal preference. The real considerations will be the cost of ink and the machine’s longevity. It integrates seamlessly with an iOS environment, which is a plus. The lack of WiFi connectivity is disappointing, especially in 2024, but we move on. Overall, I highly recommend this printer for offices with a small team that requires color printing.
