I run a small business out of my home and have always relied on HP printers. This laser printer was easy to set up and is reliable. The print quality is what I expected from a printer with these specs and is surprisingly fast. So far I am very pleased.

Overall I like this printer HOWEVER there is one issue I cannot resolve

One problem. The printer driver came automatically set to duplex printing. I cannot find a way to turn this off. I usually do NOT want to print duplex, I want to print a single page at a time. For the rare times when I do want to print duplex, I have (since my initial HP LaserJet printer in 1983 or 1984) simply clicked to "print both sides". I don't care why you did what you did with this printer and its automatic duplex printing. I DO CARE that you tell me how to stop it...please.

This replaces our 8 yr old HP Laserjet Color Printer. Setup was easy; all the devices from laptops to cell phones found the printer. Print quality is excellent and wake up time is reasonable. I was anxious to see if it’d drop off the network after hours of non- use. It doesn’t. I would recommend this printer for a small business, professional work from home or a friend who wants a quality printer.

We use this printer for colored labels. Mainly black on white gloss labels. We have had it for approximately one month and have not had any issues. We had to use adobe PDF X to get the quality we were looking for.

Best Printer I have ever owned!!

And I swear it has endless capabilities, you could entertain yourself for hours just trying all of the features! It definitely is way out of my price range, I would not have been able to afford this or try it's capabilities without the help of The Insiders, so thank you SOOO much, Insider Team!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201dn is excellent. The text is crisp and clear and the printer speed is quick both when first starting and when running the print job, and it’s amazingly quiet. The colors are vibrant, and presentations look impressive. I love the fact that I can do double-sided printing. It was very easy to set up – I didn’t have any issues. It connected to the network without problems and the kids are able to print easily from their laptops. I don’t have to worry about wasting ink to clean the printheads, the printer just works when I need it to. I would definitely recommend this printer to friends and family.
