I don't like the recap screen in my rotation, every time I look at it the recap screen is on display?

No battery backup!!

Nice unit till the power go's out. Then it's done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This display does not have battery backup however, there is an internal memory system that will keep your records if power is lost. Once your power is back on, all you will need to do is set the date on the display for that information to be restored.

Birthday and Fathers Day Gift...

I got this for my husband for his birthday and Fathers Day, he loves it. Only thing is: when the electric goes out, you lose everything. Should have a battery back up for the monitor screen. Otherwise, my husband loves it. He can set it up without any problem. He loves the lighting strike monitor. I would recommend it...
I would recommend this to a friend!
