AcuRite weather stations are really great. I have 3 now at different locations. My only concern is that the display unit does not hold the date and time in the event of a power failure.

I've been using AcuRite among other Weather Station for many years and AcuRite has held up well and lasted long. Easy to setup, nice display and website and app viewing. I would recommend this weather station for beginner and also weather enthusiasts.

Great product, easy install and accurate. This was a replacement for a display that lost the main screen after 10 years. The addition of the lighting alarm is interesting but not tried out yet, weather shortage. Would like to have found a battery back-up in the display as Ohio electric is some what intermittent.

Not good when power goes out

We were doing fine until the power went out. All the rain that has fallen since is not being logged. Same with lightning strikes. There appears to be no battery backup in receiving unit.
