The display does not have a battery backup, so if I want to move the display to another location I'll lose all my records. Also, my previous display(06046M) displayed the temperature and humidity from the lightning sensor, this display does not display that data. The Iris sensor is improved, maybe because of a larger internal fan, because it reports a more accurate temperature. Mine is on a metal pole approximately 18-20 feet high.

Bought this on the Home Page and it was a nice surprise to see it when it arrived. East to put together, no problems with instructions, and was up and working within 30 minutes. I would recommend buying from them and expect a well made product.

I have had my weather station package for 6 years and love being able to check weather conditions before heading out to work in my car or bike. It also helped me with my plans for outdoor chores and Recreation. The lighting sensor is great to have giving me info on distance of lighting strikes so I know when I need to shut my television off or window air conditioners off!
I would recommend this to a friend!
