[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in all this is a great laser printer. It is a perfect size for your small to medium size office. It was very easy to set up. Connecting it to the WiFi was simple. Packed with similar features as other "All In One" printers. It would have been nice if the app allowed you to set up the WiFi on the printer. It would have been easier to type in the passcode. Prints and scans well. App allows you to scan and print from your mobile phone and/or tablet. Holds a nice amount of paper and prints pretty quickly. Menu is easy to navigate. Another feature I wish it had is the ability to fax without connecting to a landline. All in all a great printer! I would not pass this one up when considering a new printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love that this is a laser printer because the ink replacement is so much cheaper and it doesn’t dry up. It’s got a nice little screen menu that’s easy to navigate and I can also air print on my iPhone - honestly, this is one of the biggest selling points for me so I don’t have to use a different app to print from my phone! I’m pretty pleased with it and I don’t see any glaring problems - I just do everyday printing every now and then and this works perfect for that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Normally, I LOVE Canon products. I have bought many. This, however, was a piece of junk. It looked junkie, it was cheaply made and went out on me (accordion paper jam!!!) in the second attempt to print out my book of 200 pages. disgraceful. The company needs iron or steel framing and a decent, well-made AMERICAN machine. I would be happy to purchase something like that. Not this total crap.
