I purchased the Queen 12" Nectar mattress. It came on time and packaged well. As soon as we opened it, the mattress started to puff up. I had looked at other reviews and saw that other customers received like a letter opener to cut the packing as it would prevent an accidental nick to the mattress, but after searching we did not find anything else inside the box. So we carefully cut the plastic and as I said, immediately the mattress puffed up.
We let it sit through the day, and used a steam machine to puff up the corners. We slept on it that night, and it was very nice compared to the wornout mattress we have been sleeping on.
Now, I would have given 5 stars, but I do find the mattress very firm. My wife sleeps on her back, and I sleep on my side. She loves the mattress and has no problem with it, but for myself, I constantly toss and turn, walking every couple hours with hip and leg pain from the hard mattress. I feel like I'm sleeping on top of a topper directly on the floor.
I have contacted the company and they pretty much said to take more time to see if I get use to it. Meanwhile I'm waking through the night, changing sides or just sleeping on the couch.
Maybe I should have bought the Nectar Premier, because recently, I went into a local store and to test the difference and I found the Premier to be a bit softer.

My Nectar adjustable bed

It's the best move that I have made in a while, I just love it overall. ,I needed this for my back and legs, also my neck, and a upgrade, cause I had a twin side bed that wasn't really mine it belonged to the managers office, and I needed to get my own, I'm so happy that I decided to get Nectar adjustable bed. 🥰

I’ve tried numerous mattresses over the past 5 years- I believe I’ve FINALLY found the one for me!!
Nectars copper (cooling) hybrid mattress (paired with the upgraded adjustable frame)…
It’s what I imagine sleeping on a cloud feels like! The best part is I get out of bed with ZERO pain or stiffness, which hasn’t happened for years!
