Once the mattress got delivered everything was fine. Actual delivery was a week later than delivery date promised at order time.

Very good mattress for the price

For the price this mattress is 5 stars. However, overall the mattress is a 4/5 in my opinion. It is a huge upgrade over the old boxspring mattress I had previously that had a huge sag in the middle. I like this mattress a lot but still wake up with a stiff lower back at times but maybe that is just me. I am a side sleeper and it is tough to get a good night's sleep at times but this mattress is pretty solid.
