Love the mattress. It's firm and great support for my back and hips. It definitely stays cool. I hope it softens up a little in time. But love it so far.

I just gave the frame 1 star but meant to give the mattresses that rating. I wake up with excruciating back pain every day. I haven't sleep through the night since I got this horrible mattress and it's making my life miserable. I want to return it. 😫

It has been over 4 months since I have been trying to get my faulty remote replaced with no luck. Every time I contacted the service department, they responded that my remote is on the way within 10 days. I sent all the required documents. I’m very dissatisfied with this lack of service.

I got the queen bundle set and it was awesome it's still awesome and I just want to say that it's really comfy too I just love how the bed Contours to every nooks and cranny in my body
