I'm pretty sure you sent me a trial return.. electronics don't work right and the mattress is not that firm. Box was retaped and there was no cutting tool in box. Thought I was getting a new frame and mattress. Will not recommend unless you radify my concerns. Need info for return.

Too firm

I personally like the firmness of the mattress, but my partner who I purchased it with does not like how firm it is. He feels worse when he wakes up in the morning sleeping on it and does not find it comfortable. I love the adjustable base, but we may have to return the mattress.

Still having night sweats

I’m not sure if it’s the sheet bundle I purchased with the bed that’s still causing me to be hot in the night and sweat or the mattress not cooling me down but I plan on buying new sheets soon and testing It out again to see if It was the sheets the whole time or not.
