The mattress sinking

We got this on 9/2022 and it was comfy and wonderful until 3/24 where my partner and I realized the matteress is already sinking in on both sides. I am 200 lbs and he is 175 lbs. This should not be causing the mattress to fail in less than 2 years.

My husband and I were nervous about buying a ‘mattress in a box.’ After extensive research, Nectar kept showing up as a quality mattress.

We absolutely love this bed!! Went from a 20 year old mattress to this was AMAZING!!! Best sleep we have gotten in a long while! Definitely would recommend!

It's alright...

The foam mattress is having difficulty maintaining its comfortable state on one side of the bed; what happens is that the foam 'folds' towards the middle, causing me to roll towards the middle, and then the mattress just sinks me to the lowest part in the middle. As a side sleeper, it's really rough and has caused me to lose sleep. It's kind of uncomfortable; the only thing thats saving the mattress is the material and lack of springs/quiet mattress.

Feels like I'm floating sometimes!

I'm not waking up every night in pain anymore! I'm also more comfortable temperature wise. It's pretty firm, but like I said, I feel like I'm floating.
