Sleeping in a rut :(

This is the 2nd Nectar I have purchased. I have only had it for less than a month and I have already created a “rut” where I sleep. I am not a big guy(200lbs) but my wife sleeps teetering on the edge of falling in the hole on my side. I am very disappointed. So now I have 2 Nectar beds with the same defect.

Sinks in middle

Our new nectar mattress sinks in the middle. Can tell it’s quality material, but due to this issue, we have compromised a lot of sleep and acquired a lot of back pain.

Mattress for spare room

We purchased this mattress for my husband who usually ends up sleeping in the guest room because I snore!
It’s very comfortable. Has a bit of firmness but also the softness of a memory foam.
My son had also bought this brand and recommended it.
We also purchased the adjustable frame. Only thing would have done different would be to get the longer mattress as he is over 6 foot tall.
