The bed is flat and too firm, less comfortable than I was hoping. After 3 months the seam on the edge appears to be sagging now too. The bed is in a rental property and doesn’t get regular use either. Considering upgrading to the model with extra padding.

Not as comfortable as advertised.

Not as comfortable as advertised. Memory foam is too firm and when I sleep on my side it hurts my shoulders and my arms falls asleep as a result. Tried a regular Nectar mattress first (same results) and upgraded to the Premier hoping it would be better. Not sure if I'll keep the Premier or return it.

I love the memory foam mattress. No springs popping or lumps to deal with. A good investment and extreme comfort and coolness.

I have a very bad back and this has definitely improved the quality of my sleep. I sleep better longer and it's very comfortable. I'm just giving it a 4.5/5 because I can't get a fitted sheet to stay on the dang thing
