Softest model doesn’t mean soft at ALL

Despite having order what we were told was the “softest model” It is still much too firm. For weeks, we’ve having horrible painful pressure points in my knees, neck, hips and low back. My husband has gone back to sleeping on the couch because he says it’s that uncomfortable. so I reallydon’t think this is going to be a fit for us at all. Can someone help me with a return?

I bout this mattress and pillows to replace a 5-6 yr old Saativa mattress that failed by compression under my weight with no recovery. There was essentially a pot hole where my hips go. Anyway so far so good on the Nectar mattress and pillows. I sleep very soundly with no back pain.
