I bought 3 mattresses within last 1.5 year. This 3rd one is more firm than the previous and is uncomfortable, giving me neck/shoulder pain.

Bought mattress for my adult daughter. Purchase and delivery was seamless. Mattress arrived sooner than expected and was just as described. Very comfortable and a great fit! Will buy again!
