Disappointing

I am so unhappy with my Nectar. I’m writing this because for almost 5 months I go to bed every night and try to get comfortable while I think about how bad this bed is. I end up in a home and constantly try to roll out of it only to end up in another hole. I thought I’d get use to it but I haven’t. So disappointed!? .

More than a month to return the mattress

Nectar won't allow the return for the first 30 days + takes around a week to arrange a pickup and 7 days after submitting the donation receipt to get refunded.
