I have some shoulder pain

I have some shoulder pain that would wake me up at night but the nectar supports me without causing any pain for a better sleep.

Liked it at first but it has sagged horribly. The warranty program is very tedious and if I am unable to pay the difference for an upgraded mattress I will shop someplace else. Not worth it in my opinion. I feel like I am sleeping in a hole.
