Broken foundation

Received my foundation today. Have been waiting a couple of days since receiving mattress and sheets. A leg was broken on the foundation. It will take 2 days for them to contact me to take care of the problem. That means it will be actually 4 days due to the weekend and the product is not useable.

Very comfortable; not sure on temp regulation

The mattress is insanely comfortable - it's cushy, but so very supportive. Movement from my partner is barely perceptible. I'm not sure how great it is with temp regulation, as I'm still suffering night sweats; however, the only answer for that may be hormonal. The pillows are the best, except pillowcases slip off way too easily - the fabric is very slippery.

Not sure how good the mattress is. Customer service does not give any information. Website states 7-10 days when you purchase it. Order at your own risk, currently they are now saying 22-26 days before they will even ship the product. Wondering now why I even bothered to try them since apparently they lie right after they get your money.

Best bed I've ever owned

I am a thin Caucasian female recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and three protruding disks in my lower back. This bed gives me the firm support I need without feeling hard. And an amazing bonus is that I stay cool while sleeping. I couldn't be more pleased with my Nectar mattress, and the soft bedding was an added bonus!

I just reviews this mattress and inadvertently missed the start rating. Five stars all the way - this mattress is nothing short of miraculous and I still can’t believe it came in the box. After a few nights sleeping on this mattress, my otherwise constant back-pain was suddenly gone and has not come back. The ease of online ordering and the incredibly convenient delivery and unpacking, not to mention all the great extras: fantastic pillows, lovely sheets, and a great mattress bad as well. I highly recommend Nectar!
