Great customer service. I felt the mattress was a little too firm for me. I wrote to Nectar and immediately sent me a topper! They were great. Very responsive. I’m very happy!

Honestly, not impressed with this mattress. It's incredibly soft and squishy - which I'm not a fan of. Cant even sit on the edge without sinking nearly to the ground, or bedfram i guess. Lot os back pain for the first few weeks as well. Cant say its gotten much better almost a month later. The one thing this mattress has going for it is it is pretty cool - granted my silky satin sheets help that in my opinion.
