I realized that this mattress is just not for me it was good on my lower back and nice when I first lay down but the neck and shoulder pain I would experience every day and the constant wanting to toss and turn all not and the bed swallowing you whole just was not good. But the customer service has been nice so far I have just hit 1 month so let’s see how returns go
