I thought the bed would

I thought the bed would be more soft but it sort of feels like a rock. Also my dog makes dents in it so it’s uneven at times.

Very soft and comfortable at first, but not enough support. I sink into it and it is like sleeping in a hammock. I wanted it soft on top to reduce point pressure but it is too much like a big pillow.

Warranty is not evaluated fairly

This mattress WAS fantastic for about 6 months
It progressively got worse over time…it sinks , sags and dips after the initial 6 months.
Also if you have a warranty do not expect much! They will ask for pictures which are very difficult to show the actual issues…
I would not purchase again
