Quality tanked in 2022 compared to 2021

I bought the bundle last year, and I love that bed and pillows so much that I bought the same bundle for another room that I'm temporarily sleeping in. It's terrible. I can't wait to get back to the old bed. The 2022 mattress is noticeably less comfortable, and the pillows are complete junk. The 2021 pillows are full of memory foam and are so comfortable. The 2022 pillows are like little lumps wrapped in a giant pillow case. They're so small and crappy that the pillow case comes off during the night every night. The company itself showed no sympathy and even confirmed in an email that they have indeed reduced the quality of their products. I kept the email as proof if they try to say otherwise. Nectar was cool for a minute, but now we all just need to go back to reliable mattress companies.
